I Never Received My Race Pack

First verify that you chose the Race Pack Delivery option. You can verify on your confirmation email, or through your Active account at myevents.active.com.

If you chose the Race Pack Delivery option, look for the postage email with your tracking number. If the pack shows as delivered, but did not receive your packet you can visit Race Solutions on event day to receive a new pack for a $5 replacement fee.
