If you see another charge on your credit card account about 30 days after you registered it’s probably because you chose the Active Advantage membership upgrade after completing your registration. If you chose this option by accident you can contact Active Consumer Support Directly at 877-228-4881 or email@example.com and they will be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding this membership. You will need to reach out to them directly as we don't have access to this membership program.
