To transfer your ROC Race Sydney registration to another person, login to your Active Account at myevents.active.com and select "transfer registration to another athlete". Please note: Online transfers can be completed up until Friday, 27 January. You will need to input the email address of the person you would like to transfer to.
The new participant will receive an email with a link to claim the transfer, and complete their registration. They will need to use this link AND pay for their registration (at the current registration price). Once the new participant has claimed and paid for the registration, the original participant will receive a receipt email showing that they were refunded the registration fees paid. If the transaction is completed correctly, the amount will post to your account within 5 to 10 business days.
NOTE: If you DO NOT receive a receipt email showing that the transfer was completed and stating that you will be refunded it means that the transfer WAS NOT completed and you WILL NOT be receiving a refund.
*Please be advised that ROC Race is unable to refund registration fees paid to a Third Party, even if the transfer was complete.

Please note, once you submit a request, you will receive confirmation that your request was submitted. After the online transfer deadline, you will need to use the transfer form, for any transfers.
